Job Summary

Frontline Health Brisbane is seeking an experienced practice nurse to join their team in a busy clinic on the Gold Coast. As a practice nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the doctors in the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care and support to doctors in the clinic
  • Conduct health assessments, wound care, and other standard practice nurse duties
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

  • Minimum two years' experience in GP clinics
  • Full time availability; 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
  • Post graduate certification or higher in GP practice nursing
  • Current, valid AHPRA registration
  • Full working rights in Australia and QLD
