We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic bar staff to join our boutique lounge bar team in Ballarat. As a member of our dynamic and supportive team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and hospitality experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service to customers. While cocktail-making experience is preferred, it is not essential. What is important is that you hold an RSA Certificate (or are willing to obtain one) and enjoy working in a welcoming environment with a strong focus on quality drinks and great vibes.

This part-time or casual position offers flexible shifts, including afternoon and evening shifts, with a requirement for 12-18 hours of work per week. Our team values enthusiasm, teamwork, and dedication, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to join a rewarding and progressive team.
