Job Summary

We are seeking a Safety Advisor to join our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services Business in South Australia. This role will involve driving safety procedures, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve worker risk awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and educate on safety procedures, policies, and processes
  • Conduct audits, site inspections, and walkthroughs
  • Assist with incident investigation and reporting
  • Lead and participate in pre-start meetings and toolbox talks
  • Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors
  • Support risk identification and management processes

Requirements

  • Certificate IV Occupational Health & Safety (minimum)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the Civil Construction Industry
  • Valid drivers license
  • Strong passion for delivering safety and educating risk awareness
  • Working knowledge of Traffic Management requirements
  • Knowledge of ICAM incident investigation methodology
  • Experience conducting safety audits and providing safety training
