We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Site Receptionist. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for managing access to our site, ensuring the security and safety of our visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage access to the site through the electronic gate, granting or denying access as appropriate
- Ensure all site visitors sign in at the reception area before being passed on to their site contact
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Report any faults with the electronic gate to the Service Stream Maintenance team
- Operate the gate manually in the event of a power outage
About You:
We are looking for someone with a great attitude and work ethic, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a similar industry or role is highly regarded, but not essential. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
