Job Title: Test Assurance Specialist

Join our team as a seasoned Test Assurance Specialist to deliver high-quality testing services in various projects.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Test Plans, Test Schedules, and Test Summary Reports that ensure timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
  • Design and execute manual test cases using industry-standard tools such as Jira and Xray to guarantee thoroughness and quality.
  • Ensure seamless traceability of test cases to business and technical requirements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with peers to conduct rigorous peer reviews of test assets to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.
  • Execute diverse testing methodologies including System, Integration, End-to-End, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee coverage and quality.
  • Identify, investigate, and escalate defects to facilitate swift resolution and minimize impact on project timelines.
  • Provide expert review and contribute to all test documentation to foster a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Create and manage relevant test data to support efficient testing and minimize unnecessary costs.
  • Configure and set up test environments to meet specific project requirements and standards.
  • Guarantee that testing is delivered within agreed-upon timeframes, budget constraints, and meets quality expectations.
  • Record detailed test execution results and defects in Jira to facilitate informed decision-making and process improvement.
  • Participate in evaluating overall test success criteria to ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst in complex testing environments.
  • Previous experience working on mobile applications or payment systems projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and other industry-standard testing tools.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in a dynamic environment.
