Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive precinct visitation, event ticket sales, and ROI.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to lead and influence teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments while managing tight and conflicting deadlines. Excellent communication skills are essential to lead discussions, manage stakeholder expectations, and navigate complex projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or brand development within a hospitality, integrated resort, sporting, or entertainment precinct.
  • Strong understanding of privacy, marketing, and regulatory laws—particularly as they relate to alcohol, gaming, and event promotions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver high-impact campaigns on time, within budget, and with maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborative style with a sharp eye for detail and strategic thinking.
