Data Center Project Manager

We are a team of professionals responsible for delivering over 200 Microsoft web portals, Live and Online Services around the world.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a background in data center design, engineering, controls, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain best practices to identify cost-effective solutions and drive deployment of globally applicable solutions across DCD projects.
- Facilitate decision-making to drive project schedules and manage change as required.
- Apply influence, strategies, and negotiation skills to identify options and recommend solutions.
Project Management:
- Direct fiscal responsibility for the approved project budget.
- Work independently in support of the DCD Project.
- Ensure that all mission critical activities meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant codes, regulations, and specifications.
Vendor Management:
- Provide Vendor (contractor) oversight and performance management.
- Manage manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to ensure smooth MEP installations according to plan.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
This is a full-time position that requires regular site visits and coordination with vendors and stakeholders.
