Senior Strategist - Emerging Technology Solutions

The role of the Senior Strategist - Emerging Technology Solutions is to define and evolve Toll's technology strategy across AI tooling, Operational Technology (OT), and End User Computing (EUC) platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping Toll's technology landscape to align with business objectives, industry best practices, and emerging trends.


The Senior Strategist will lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by staying informed on industry trends and applying new solutions to enhance sustainability outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement emissions reduction strategies aligned with Toll's sustainability goals
  • Drive performance management and reporting, including scenario modelling, initiative tracking, and preparing reports for leadership and external auditors
  • Provide sustainability expertise and build internal capacity, educating and influencing staff, guiding investment decisions, and implementing carbon pricing mechanisms
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement by staying informed on industry trends and applying new solutions to enhance sustainability outcomes
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of sustainability and ensuring effective delivery of initiatives

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field


Skills and Experience:

  • Strong track record in developing IT architecture frameworks and long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business goals
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience presenting to executive and cross-functional teams
