Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor your team: Provide coaching and mentoring to help your colleagues achieve their professional goals and confidently navigate challenges.
  • Champion clinical excellence: Work closely with your Area Lead and fellow Team Leaders to drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure best practice in therapy delivery.
  • Foster growth and development: Collaborate with your team members to implement Grow Plans, build their confidence, and celebrate their achievements.
  • Promote a positive culture: Build a connected and supportive team environment that encourages knowledge sharing, teamwork, and a sense of community.
Requirements
  • A qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration.
  • Passionate about mentoring and developing others, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
  • Experienced in the disability sector and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for participants.
  • Skilled at building relationships, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
