Senior Allied Health Professional

Optimum Health Solutions seeks a skilled leader to join our team. As a senior allied health professional, you will play a key role in delivering quality patient outcomes and driving clinical excellence.


About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead and develop our allied health team. You will be responsible for maintaining clinical standards, developing individual clinician career development plans, and fostering a positive work culture.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive accountability to performance metrics and clinical policies.
  • Develop strategies to enhance a positive work culture and retain staff.
  • Develop individual clinician career development plans to support clinical growth and caseload development.
  • Maintain a clinical caseload (minimum expectation of 21 billable hours per week).

  • Proven ability to maintain clinical standards and positive patient outcomes.

Essential Requirements

You must possess:


  • Minimum 4 years clinical experience.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
  • Current Working with Children or willingness to apply for a one NDIS Worker Check.
  • Satisfactory Police Check.
  • Current Medicare Provider Number or capacity to obtain.
