About this Opportunity

Develop and deliver key security initiatives to ensure the security of Commonwealth Parliamentary Offices (CPOs) across Australia.

CPOs provide permanent office accommodation to senators, federal ministers and other office holders, as well as visiting suites, meeting rooms and conference facilities available on a short-term basis.

The role is responsible for maintaining departmental protective security policies and procedures, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective security operations.

This is a challenging opportunity that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

To succeed, you will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.

As a member of our Ministerial and Parliamentary Services Division, you will play a critical role in supporting the Department's mission to protect the security of Commonwealth Parliamentary Offices.
