The Opportunity

This is a 10-month fixed-term contract for a Digital Project Manager, commencing soon. The successful candidate will lead and oversee a website transformation project, driving the successful delivery of a comprehensive website overhaul, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of the website transformation program, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with web developers, UX/UI designers, and content teams to ensure the website transformation project adheres to best practices in design, functionality, and user experience.
  • Oversee content strategy and implementation, ensuring content is optimised for SEO and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all project milestones are met.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly regarded.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital project management, with a focus on website development and transformation projects.
  • Experience using project management software such as Asana, Wrike, or similar is preferable.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of website development processes, including UX/UI design, content management systems (CMS), SEO, and web analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence senior leaders.
