About the Role

We are seeking ambitious Speech Pathologists to run their own sole trade private practice clinic in a busy GP clinic in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to work independently as clinicians, set their own business hours and days, choose their clinical caseload and billings.

As a Speech Pathologist in this role, you will have full business and admin support with a 24/7 customer service team, appointment booking team, quality assurance and accounts team. You will be fully supported with in-house Speech referrals, as well as optional Injury Management and Prevention casework. All consumable costs will be covered, and strategic marketing and business development support will be provided.

This is a full-time position, with part-time options also considered. Ideally, candidates should have at least 2 years of private practice clinical experience.

The clinics are located in Campbelltown, Narellan, Ingleburn, Fairfield & Merrylands. We are currently accepting applications for a 2025 start date.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • SPA registration and professional indemnity insurance
  • Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of private practice experience
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management (desirable)
  • Ambitious and self-driven individuals with excellent communication and networking skills
  • Excellent writing skills and experience writing reports
  • Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
