Job Title: HR Generalist

This is a part time, fixed term position that will provide the successful candidate with valuable experience in Human Resources. As an HR generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the workforce by keeping databases accurate, files up to date and ensuring onboarding and offboarding processes are followed across the organisation.

About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and organised professional to join our team as an HR generalist. This role is ideal for individuals who have high level organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance checks are completed and records are accurate and maintained.
  • Support ASRC's workforce by providing administrative assistance and ensuring onboarding and offboarding processes are followed.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to HR functions.
