Administrative Support Role

This position is integral to supporting our DivRAP team in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with the admin team, coordinating appointments, and maintaining confidentiality.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Coordinate patient appointments using Sunrise EMR.
  • Provide professional communication and service to all clients.

About You:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Liaise and relate well with empathy to various people.
  • Previous experience in a health-related setting.
  • Ability to manage data and systems development of Sunrise EMR.
  • Experience working with confidential information.
