Product Owner Devsecops

We're seeking a skilled and innovative Product Owner to join our DevSecOps team. As a key member of our squad, you'll be responsible for driving end-to-end product strategy and development, delivering new feature initiatives that enhance DevOps practices across Retail Technology.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping the squad's evolution by contributing to delivery roadmaps, prioritizing the backlog, drafting quarterly crew memos, and deciding which problems to solve.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to manage delivery and provide clear lines of communication on the product roadmap and prioritization decisions.

About the Role
  • Drive product vision to roadmap and backlog translation
  • Leverage advanced commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Develop and maintain a healthy prioritized backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes
  • Lead the squad day-to-day to deliver change and lifecycle activities

As a Product Owner, you'll be accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions, and resolving escalations and identifying, articulating, and managing risks and compliance across streams of work.

Requirements
  • DevSecOps and CICD processes experience
  • Agile methodology knowledge, working within an Agile Matrix ideal
