The Opportunity

As an Executive Mentor, you will share your expertise with industry leaders, helping them drive impactful decisions and sustainable growth through tailored coaching and mentoring services.

You will curate and operate your own group of CEOs/business owners, facilitating group meetings and mentoring individual members in their groups to foster collaboration, innovation, and success.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized coaching to small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) CEOs and business owners, providing actionable advice and strategic insights to drive business growth.
  • Facilitate powerful group meetings that help members achieve breakthrough insights and performance through open discussion, expert facilitation, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Identify and recruit prospective members, supporting them through sign-up and onboarding to ensure a seamless transition into the group.
