About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality care and support to our valued clients in Griffith, NSW.

The successful candidate will work as part of a person-centred team, providing assistance with daily living tasks, companionship, and support to help clients maintain their independence.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties
  • Accompanying clients on errands and providing social support
  • Preparing food, feeding clients, and administering medications
  • Observing and reporting any changes in client health and wellbeing
  • Responding to emergency situations

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a natural ability to build relationships. You will also require a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, a National Police Check (valid within the last 3 years), and a current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
