Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards.

The Executive Kebab Specialist will plan and develop menus featuring a variety of kebabs and Mediterranean dishes, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering necessary food supplies. They will also monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to meet high standards
  • Plan and develop menus to showcase culinary skills
  • Monitor quality of dishes throughout preparation and presentation
  • Collaborate with Managers and kitchen staff to discuss food preparation issues
  • Train other staff on kebab-specific cooking procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a chef with experience in kebab or Mediterranean cuisine
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Ability to plan menus and estimate food and labour costs effectively
  • Excellent culinary skills with a consistent output
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
