Job Title: Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Sales Associate in Adelaide. Our Harbour Town Factory Outlet is looking for someone with a proven track record of success in retail sales or customer service who can provide excellent customer experience.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and visual merchandising with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • They will be required to work fixed weekly hours on both weekdays and weekend days, meeting store sales and KPI targets while providing outstanding customer service.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  1. Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
  2. Execute the brand customer service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations.
  3. The execution and maintenance of established visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
  4. Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.
  5. Represent the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
