Job Summary

About the Role

The Heavy Vehicle Mechanic will be responsible for performing general servicing tasks on heavy vehicles, including Mercedes Benz, Kenworth, Volvo, Isuzu, Fuso, Hino, and Freightliner. This includes diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic, diesel systems, auto electrical, air conditioning, and hydraulic repairs in accordance with job cards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy vehicles
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex mechanical issues
  • Maintenance of high levels of safety and quality in work
  • Collaboration with management and colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Trade Qualification as a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic (minimum certificate III)
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated diagnostic investigation skills
