Job Title: Application Support Specialist
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for critical investment management systems.

- Provide technical support for internal and external applications and integrations.">
- Develop, maintain and support BI reports, automated workflows and data dashboards.">
- Analyse business processes and functions to specify and apply system enhancements.">
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for troubleshooting and testing, offering technical support for applications and integrations.">
- Collaborate with the wider IT Investment team for work requests and changes.">
Essential Capabilities: Must be skilled in supporting investment systems such as Charles River, Blackrock Aladdin and/or Simcorp Dimension. Minimum 5 years experience in an Application support role Financial services domain experience and knowledge required ITIL experience or similar working knowledge of incident, problem & change management.
">Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience of audit controls and working with internal risk and audit teams. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI or other MI solutions.
