Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Diploma Educator to join our team in one of our rooms catering for 0-6 year olds. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our experienced educators to create a nurturing and engaging atmosphere for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality educational programs and provide individualised care and support for children aged 0-6 years old.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging and inclusive educational experiences.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, children, and the wider community.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Prefer someone with Christian values who can contribute to our community's ethos.
  • Full working rights for Australia.

Benefits:

  • Part-time permanent position: 4 days a week minimum

We offer a competitive salary package of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
