This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Real Estate Asset Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Implement property management policies, procedures, and templates related to real estate asset management;">
  • Provide analysis and information for asset plans, monthly reports, owner's annual reports, team and property business plans, and corporate accounts;">
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of charges and receipts;">
  • Collect rents and minimize arrears through proactive approaches;">
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties and promote environmental schemes;">
  • Assist with new lease negotiations, lease renewal negotiations, and preparation and execution of lease documentation.">

What We're Looking For:

We seek a candidate with strong administrative and organizational skills, minimum 2 years experience in commercial property industry, and sound management reporting capability.
