Your Role:
As an Air Travel Advisor, your expertise will shine as you manage the intricate details of air travel for our cruise packages. Your focus will be on coordinating airfares for confirmed bookings, allowing you to provide exceptional service without the pressure of closing sales. You will leverage your knowledge of airfare options to present clients with the best choices from top airlines, suggest upgrades to premium classes, and identify additional enhancements for their travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding airfare for their cruise bookings.
- Coordinating airfares for pre-arranged cruise packages.
- Promoting and recommending upgrades to premium economy, Business, and First Class options.
- Ensuring the accurate inclusion of frequent flyer information, baggage preferences, meal requests, and seating arrangements during bookings.
- Expertly searching and booking complex travel itineraries, including layovers and surface travel.
- Understanding client preferences and proposing ideal itineraries within package parameters.
- Providing timely and precise information to ensure a smooth post-booking process.
- Completing administrative tasks associated with the role efficiently and accurately.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Who you are:
- Experience with GDS (Global Distribution System) - Amadeus knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with travel industry products and cruise destinations is advantageous.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to understand and interpret client needs.
- Positive demeanor and a collaborative spirit.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
