The Role

As an Operations Support Agent, you will play a critical role in sorting freight and ensuring seamless shipment movement through our depots. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Safely managing and internally moving all consignments that come in and out of our depot in a timely manner
  • Working together as a team to ensure efficient turnaround times
  • Administrative duties such as data entry, dealing with customs, scanning and filing paperwork
  • Communicating with drivers and supervisors
  • Liaising with customers and our customer service team via telephone communication

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Administration/data entry experience
  • Previous warehouse experience desirable
  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Safety-focused with an understanding of chain of responsibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
