Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including personal care, medication administration, and tidying up.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, leisure activities, and wider community involvement.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with residents and their families.
  • Deliver homely and loving environments by providing care with compassion, integrity, and dignity.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
  • Have the ability to complete documentation on a computer and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of WHS and infection control principles.
  • Be willing to engage and align your practice with our Peninsula Villages ICCARE Values.
  • Love to work independently and in a team environment.
