Marketing teams are in constant pursuit of innovative strategies to elevate brand presence and drive customer engagement. As a key member of this dynamic team, the Marketing Coordinator role plays a pivotal part in shaping Dotti's marketing landscape.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing activities across multiple channels, collaborating closely with the Brand Manager and team to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
  • A critical aspect of this position involves creating and coordinating digital content, including email campaigns and website updates, to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
  • This role also encompasses selecting product content from photoshoots, crafting compelling copy, and working with the Digital Design team to develop engaging marketing communications and test campaign effectiveness.
  • The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Brand Manager in coordinating website campaigns, seasonal themes, promotional updates, daily checks, traffic-driving promotions, and monthly report analysis to optimize results.
  • Briefs, art direction, outfit styling, and image selection for photoshoots will also fall under the purview of this role, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Maintaining accurate records, managing local marketing initiatives, and ensuring brand representation across all local marketing channels are essential responsibilities.
  • Lastly, providing exceptional customer service and responding to queries in a timely manner is crucial in delivering an outstanding experience for clients.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in a marketing-related field or equivalent experience.
  • The ability to work independently, think creatively, and innovate within a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Assistant role is preferred but not necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • A passion for Dotti and its product range, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent customer service skills.
  • A creative mindset, enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment, and strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective time management, high accuracy, and attention to detail are also essential for success in this role.
