Our organization is seeking a skilled legal professional to join its global competition law team as an Associate. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with major clients across various industries, including technology, infrastructure, energy, healthcare, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on merger clearances, joint ventures, and cross-border deals requires strong commercial awareness and legal research/drafting skills.
  • Managing ACCC investigations and regulatory engagement involves handling complex issues and working closely with stakeholders.
  • Handling competition and consumer law litigation and dispute resolution necessitates a proactive and collaborative approach.
About You:
  • We are looking for a candidate with 2–5 years' experience in competition, consumer, or regulatory law at a top-tier firm or regulator.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to draft high-quality documents are essential for this role.
  • A curious and enthusiastic approach to learning about businesses and their operations is also required.
