This is a full-time role for an educator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and partnerships with families.


The key objective of this role is to ensure the welfare and safety of children at all times, providing a nurturing environment that meets their educational and developmental needs.


The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF, with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.


A genuine passion for early childhood education and development is essential, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
  • Provide high quality education, development, and care to children in our campuses.
  • Facilitate a nurturing and loving environment for the children at the campus.
  • Work as a team to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and partnerships with families.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organization (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications).
  • Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
  • Genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
