Key Responsibilities

  • Apply Advanced Analytics Techniques: Lead the discovery of customer-centric opportunities through advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning algorithms, LLM's, clustering, and other advanced analytics techniques. Ensure the robustness, accuracy, and relevance of analytical solutions.

  • Collaborate with Senior Management and Stakeholders: Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize customer-centric initiatives. Communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear and actionable manner.

  • Maintain Data Governance: Uphold data governance standards and practices. Ensure the integrity, quality, and security of data used in analysis.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and machine learning. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in analytical methodologies and tools.
