Regulatory Expert Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders to achieve regulatory outcomes.
  • Undertake regulatory activities, make recommendations and provide advice on early childhood education and care regulation.
  • Identify and respond to risk in the early childhood education and care sector through application of risk-based decision making.
