Store Leadership Opportunity

This is a challenging and exciting new role for an ambitious Store Manager where not one day is the same.

We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee the operations of a successful store in Mackay, ensuring compliance with company standards in merchandising, customer service, KPIs, and personnel management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of up to 5 employees to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Train and develop the team to meet company standards.
  • Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction is met.
Requirements
  • Previous high-volume fashion management experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising, including following planograms and free range.
  • Hands-on leadership with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
