The Role
- As an AI Creative Workflow Engineer, you'll lead the engineering behind entirely new creative workflows.
You'll guide a team through mentorship, task planning, and technical oversight. You'll also represent your team in roadmap planning and cross-functional meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver AI-powered creative tools by building new features and experiences from real-time canvas editing to next-gen video workflows.
- Own technical architecture by leading front-end decisions that ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term performance.
- Work closely with product and design teams to deliver polished, intuitive, and powerful features that meet real user needs.
- Write clean, scalable front-end code using React and Next.js with TypeScript and GraphQL.
- Raise the bar across the team by participating in reviews and sharing constructive feedback.
Experience leading or mentoring engineers in a fast-moving team and a track record of delivering production-ready front-end applications are highly valued.
