Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dining Support Services Associate to join our team at Loretto. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining and living areas.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the facility and environment in a clean, safe, and orderly manner for resident comfort and convenience.
  • Clean furnishings, fixtures, windows, mirrors, appliances, and floors, as well as vacuum, sweep, dust, mop, and disinfect.
  • Organize closets and drawers, make beds, and straighten residents' apartments as needed.
  • Handle clean and dirty linen, set up safety signs, and dispose of waste and trash properly.
  • Ensure the dining area and kitchen are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, load and unload dishes, and store cleaned items in designated areas.
  • Report any unsafe or hazardous conditions, defective equipment, or damage to fixtures to your supervisor promptly.
  • Replenish supplies, follow work and cleaning schedules, and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and staff.
Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
  • Ability to follow simple verbal and written directions.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours or duration of shift.
  • Ability to use cleaning equipment and supplies.
