Practice Manager Role

The Practice Manager will oversee the overall operations, development and success of our comprehensive customer-focused administration service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the efficient operation of our administration service.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of patient appointments, medical records, and accounts.
  • Supervising the management of all incoming referrals as per required timeframes.
  • End of month financial reporting, invoicing, and accounts management.

This role requires previous practice management experience in the healthcare industry, leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of medical terminology and billing processes.

A successful candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple projects, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The following KPIs will be used to measure the success of this role:

  • Patient satisfaction rates.
  • Appointment completion rates.
  • Accounts receivable days outstanding.
