Practice Management Opportunity

About this role, we're seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to join our team. This is a Full Time opportunity in Deception Bay where you will be responsible for managing and supporting our employees and Health Care Professionals.

The Role:

This position involves identifying and resolving operational issues while driving continuous improvement, monitoring clinic safety, compliance, and adherence to standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a patient-focused culture
  • Oversee rosters, budgets, and inventory to support efficient clinic operations
  • Recruit, onboard, and train staff to meet the needs of the practice
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality, productivity, and overall performance
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in the healthcare industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diploma of Practice Management or equivalent qualification preferred
