Salary Package
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a highly competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $85,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for bonus and incentive schemes, as well as salary packaging options.
Job Description
In this exciting role, you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, working closely with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement effective injury prevention and return-to-work strategies. Your duties will include:
- Caseload management and case coordination
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes
- Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders
- Completing assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations and Worksite Assessments
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work
- Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, or ASORC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for injury prevention, return-to-work, and associated health benefits
