**Job Title:** Senior Associate, Insurance Law and Litigation

As a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate in our Insurance Law and Litigation practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of insurance matters. Your primary responsibilities will include providing advice to insurers on cover, managing day-to-day litigation, preparing briefs for hearings with Counsel, and collaborating with senior practitioners and other team members.

**About the Role:**

We are seeking an exceptional candidate who possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, a passion for influencing and negotiating successful outcomes, and highly organized time recording practices. A tertiary qualification in Law and a current Practising Certificate for relevant jurisdiction are essential requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Providing advice to insurers on cover
  • Managing day-to-day litigation, including document management, correspondence with opposing solicitors, and court attendances
  • Preparing briefs for hearings with Counsel
  • Collaborating with senior practitioners and other team members

**Requirements:**

  • Tertiary qualification in Law
  • Current Practising Certificate for relevant jurisdiction
  • 5+ years PAE experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
