The Role:

In this role, you'll work with a team to design and deliver engaging experiences that connect guests with the natural environment.

You'll also be responsible for training and developing guides in your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver outdoor programs that promote environmental awareness and appreciation
  • Train and develop guides to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Build strong relationships with local industry partners to support conservation efforts
  • Ensure safe practices are observed by guides and guests at all times
Requirements:
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications or significant experience in environmental education or hospitality
  • Proven experience as a team leader and naturalist guide
  • Extensive knowledge of native flora, fauna and ecology
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
