Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Lead. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in occupational therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and Intervention
Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
Therapeutic InterventionsDevelop and implement complex therapeutic interventions to address participants' needs and goals.
Leadership and SupervisionProvide clinical leadership and supervision to junior clinicians, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to deliver high-quality services.
Collaboration and TeamworkCollaborate with our multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, psychologists, and behavior support practitioners to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current Registration
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist.
Passion for Vulnerable PopulationsA passion for working with vulnerable members of the community and a commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet their needs.
Leadership and MentorshipA desire to share your knowledge and expertise with junior clinicians and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Collaboration and CommunicationThe ability to work collaboratively with a large multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with participants, families, and other stakeholders.
