**Role Overview**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Site Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This opportunity suits someone looking for a flexible position with potential growth in facility management and logistics.

**Key Responsibilities**

As the Site Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining site integrity, supporting daily operations at our location, and delivering exceptional member services within our community.

**Daily Tasks**

Facility Management:

  • Participate in opening and closing duties with our team
  • Maintain safe and immaculate presentation of reception, common areas, meeting rooms, hallways, and loading area
  • Attend reception during business hours
  • Return common area facilities (kitchen, meeting rooms etc) and goods moving equipment to their designated places at the end of each day
  • Problem solve ad-hoc issues
  • Load cages for courier services during daily pickup and dropoff

Events, Member and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Respond to member requests on a day-to-day basis
  • Assist our Community Team with events and educational workshops

Administration:

  • Ensure paperwork and files are kept organized digitally and physically

Other:

  • Contribute to building a positive team culture
  • Support Operations managers with day-to-day requests
