Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategies that enhance the visibility, consistency, and emotional connection of our brand with the WA community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop and implement brand strategies aligned with St John's overarching goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, both physical and digital.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Events) and external agencies to develop content that resonates with our audiences.
  • Support brand campaigns, track performance, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage projects and administrative tasks, including budgeting, invoicing, and asset management.
  • Assist with SEO and digital presence strategies to enhance online visibility.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, either in-house or agency.
  • Tertiary qualification in Brand, Marketing, Advertising, or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, market research, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to assess and improve creative outputs.
  • Experience with media and creative agencies and managing digital channels is desirable.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for learning and growing within a team environment.
