At Direct Focus Solutions, we are seeking Support Workers to provide ongoing support services to clients in the Newcastle area. These services involve supporting clients with daily living activities and facilitating access to the community to help build social connections.

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks for clients of all ages and abilities
  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet client needs, including working a variety of shifts including day, afternoon and evening shifts, as well as overnight/sleepover shifts when required
  • Successfully support clients with complex needs and assist them in achieving their goals

The ideal candidate will have experience working in disability or community support, possess personal care qualifications, and have knowledge of safe medication delivery practices. They must also be able to commute reliably to and from Newcastle and its surrounding areas.
