We are seeking passionate and client-focused professionals to join our dedicated team of home care specialists.
As a Home Care Professional, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic, client-focused care in line with each client's tailored care plan.
- Work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.
- Identify client care needs and work collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure high-quality, holistic care.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members.

Qualifications:
- Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent).

- A roadworthy and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence.
- Federal Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).
- Willingness to travel and flexibility with shifts.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of person-centred care.
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus.
