About the Role

We are looking for a skilled support worker who can provide physical assistance and emotional support to our participants with high physical needs. The ideal candidate will have industry experience in managing complex care and possess manual handling skills. A strong passion for supporting individuals to achieve their full potential is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and physical assistance to participants with complex needs
  • Supporting participants with medical requirements and manual handling needs
  • Encouraging independence and lifestyle choices that suit individual needs
