
Marketing Leader

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management.
A successful Senior Brand Manager will have a strong track record of driving growth and leading cross-functional teams to achieve commercial outcomes.
This role requires exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing brand strategies, managing advertising and promotional campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business results.
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans that align with business objectives;
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns and initiatives;
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize ROI and meet business targets;
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies and partners;
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic marketing team.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or Food industry;
- Proven track record of delivering commercial results and growing brands;
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands;
- Knowledge of marketing principles, including branding, advertising, and consumer behavior;
- Experience working with external agencies, such as design, media buying, and public relations firms.
