Enrolled Nurse
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team in providing compassionate care to residents in a residential aged care facility.
- Work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals.
- Liaise with families and loved ones to discuss care plans and health status updates.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support therapeutic activities to improve quality of life for residents.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Current national Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA.
- Recent experience working in aged care or disability services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Empathy and patience in caring for vulnerable people.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
