Churches of Christ Queensland are seeking an experienced Aged Care professional for our Maryborough location.
This role involves working within our 85-bed Residential Aged Care home at Maryborough, supporting residents and staff by performing tasks such as medication administration, reviewing care plans, conducting assessments, and liaising with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality aged care services to the local community
- Administer medications, update care plans, and conduct assessments
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current driver licence or reliable transport
- Availability to work 3-5 night shifts per week
- Police Check and Australian Work Rights
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in the Aged Care Sector
