We're expanding our operations and seeking a talented individual to spearhead the launch of our new venue in Burpengary East. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving performance, inspiring your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of a core pillar of the venue and drive growth.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service.
- Oversight of daily operations, shift management, and team support.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance are always maintained.
- Train new team members and foster a positive team culture.
- Address feedback with confidence and turn challenges into opportunities.
- 1+ year of experience in a hospitality leadership or supervisory role.
- Natural leadership skills with strong communication abilities.
- Ability to remain level-headed under pressure, with a passion for people.
- Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards.
- Flexibility across nights, weekends, and holidays.
